These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, communications, and services provided by Orveris Automation Group LLC ("Orveris," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, calling our business line, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Orveris provides AI-powered voice receptionist, appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, and related communications automation services to small businesses, with a focus on home services industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
SMS Communications Program
By providing your mobile phone number to Orveris — including by calling our business line and verbally consenting, or by initiating contact with us via phone — you agree to receive SMS text messages from us related to your inquiry, missed-call follow-up, appointment confirmations, hot lead alerts, and other operational messages.
Program description: Orveris uses SMS to send transactional and customer care messages including inbound call acknowledgments, follow-up communications, and service-related notifications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's standard rates.
Opt-in: You opt in to receive SMS messages by (a) verbally consenting during a phone call with Orveris, or (b) initiating contact with us by calling our business line, which constitutes consent to receive a follow-up SMS in response.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services or infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our services without written permission
Use our services to send spam, harassment, or unwanted communications
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or factors outside our control.
Fees and Payment
Pricing for paid services is provided separately in a written proposal or service agreement. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI prompts — is the property of Orveris or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no license or right to our intellectual property except as required to use the services as intended.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
AI-generated communications are designed to assist business operations but may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orveris and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Orveris in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us anything.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orveris from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
